Since 1959, ILMAC has been the only Swiss industrial exhibition for chemistry and life sciences to showcase all industrial applications of process and laboratory technology. From October 19 to 21, 2021, the exhibition finally took place again in Basel after a two-year break.

Finally a “real” Trade Show again

The organizers look back on a successful realization – after all, it was the only industry meeting point so far this year in the German-speaking region of Switzerland. During the three days of the fair, almost 7,000 visitors and exhibitors came together in Basel. A step back to normality, which was enormously welcomed not only by the exhibitors but also by the visitors. The trade fair feeling was definitely back! The fair was also a success for Knick Schweiz AG. Extensive customer discussions and live demos of Knick’s complete systems led to interesting leads, which will be followed up in the coming weeks.

The highlight at the Knick Schweiz AG booth was definitely the fully automatic point of measurement UNICAL 9000, which was in live operation on site, as well as the world’s only portable meter Portavo 904 X with ATEX approval.

The industry will meet again next fall: Live at ILMAC Lausanne on September 28 and 29, 2022.

ILMAC Basel will take place as usual in the exhibition halls in Basel from September 26 to 28, 2023.
