Il sensore di conduttività digitale induttivo SE655N è un sensore robusto e resistente alla corrosione, particolarmente adatto per applicazioni nell'industria chimica grazie alla sua elevata resistenza chimica.
La combinazione tra grande apertura del sensore e materiale repellente allo sporco previene blocchi e depositi nei mezzi con un alto grado di inquinamento. Il principio di misurazione induttivo permette una completa separazione galvanica della misurazione dal mezzo.
Il sensore è un tuttofare e, grazie al suo campo di misura a sei decadi, è adatto per una moltitudine di applicazioni. Come variante digitale dotata di protocollo Memosens, offre un'elevata sicurezza di processo e dei dati e garantisce una registrazione affidabile dei dati. Anche in aree Ex (SE655X-GEFTT0AM).
Applicazioni
Misurazione della concentrazione di acidi e alcali, monitoraggio online della qualità dei prodotti chimici in serbatoi e tubazioni, separazione di fase di prodotti e di miscele di prodotti, produzione di carta (alta concentrazione di fibre), mezzi e acque reflue fortemente inquinati, mezzi che formano depositi e contenenti olio, salamoia, rigenerazione di scambiatori di ioni
