WA160 Ceramat Armatura retrattile nella versione a immersione | Tenuta ceramica | Pneumatica | Profondità di immersione fino a 2000 mm

Armatura retrattile completamente automatica con grande profondità di immersione fino a 2000 mm.

  • Profondità di immersione da 600 a 2000 mm
  • Diametro del tubo di immersione di soli 65 mm
  • Facile sostituzione del sensore, anche con profondità di immersione di 2000 mm
  • Sensori: lunghezza di 225 mm con elettrolita solido (gel, pasta, polimero, …)
  • 2 barriere indipendenti con lavaggio delle cavità

Armatura a immersione lunga per l’impiego in caldaie, bacini e canali. Per il funzionamento con sensori elettrochimici con un diametro di 12 mm.

Applicazioni

  • Processi altamente corrosivi (produzione di cloro, fosgenazione)
  • Processi con particelle solide che causano depositi, abrasione e incrostazioni: desolforazione dei gas combusti, unità di lavaggio dei gas, produzione di zucchero (prima + seconda carbonatazione), sintesi di pigmenti e coloranti, speciali acque di scarico industriali incrostanti
  •  Fluidi molli o fibrosi (cellulosa, cosmetici, alimenti)
  • Residui organici e appiccicosi (acque di lavaggio delle raffinerie, produzione di amido)
  • Processi critici per la sicurezza in presenza di sostanze altamente tossiche, ad esempio fosgene, acido cianidrico
