Il P16000 rileva i segnali dei sensori di velocità e li trasmette e converte in segnali analogici standard con separazione del potenziale
- Misurazione della frequenza di impulso, ad esempio di sensori di velocità / encoder per il rilevamento affidabile della velocità del treno o dell'arresto con isolamento galvanico e conversione in un segnale standard
- Intervalli di misura da 0 ... 500 Hz a 0 ... 20 kHz.
- La conversione della frequenza di impulso in un segnale standard elimina la necessità di ingressi per il conteggio degli impulsi nell'unità di controllo.
- I segnali relativi alla sicurezza provenienti dai circuiti di misura esistenti possono essere duplicati senza ripercussioni e indirizzati a un altro sottosistema.
- L'assenza di ripercussioni è stata progettata per essere dotata di sicurezza funzionale e per raggiungere il livello SIL 3.
- Garanzia di 5 anni
L'ingresso è progettato in modo che i segnali dei circuiti di misura esistenti possano essere "ascoltati" senza causare interferenze con il segnale originale. Questa assenza di ripercussioni soddisfa il livello di integrità SIL 3 in conformità alla norma EN 61508.
In tal modo, il segnale di un sensore, anche se relativo alla sicurezza, può essere duplicato e trasmesso a una seconda unità di controllo senza essere influenzato.
Allo stesso tempo, il prodotto è resistente alle difficili condizioni ambientali che si verificano sui veicoli ferroviari. Influssi CEM, temperature ambiente estreme e carichi dovuti a urti e vibrazioni elevati non interferiscono con il funzionamento del dispositivo. Vengono rispettate le attuali norme antincendio per i veicoli ferroviari.
