As a further milestone in strengthening international markets, Knick Elektronische Messgeräte GmbH & Co. KG has founded the subsidiary Knick Schweiz AG on 20 March 2020 with operational headquarters in Zofingen. Christoph Häberli from Switzerland has been appointed Managing Director.
Due to the strong process industry in Switzerland, Knick has had an office based in the country for many years. As part of its ongoing internationalization and a focus on industry, the company has now founded a subsidiary based in Zofingen. “Our aim is to provide Swiss customers more intensive support while also handling operational activities directly through the subsidiary,” explained Marcus Knick, Managing Director of the parent company. The Swiss subsidiary was founded on 20 March 2020 and will take over all activities for the Swiss market with immediate effect. It will make its first independent trade fair appearance at Ilmac Lausanne.
The 36-year-old Swiss native Christoph Häberli joined Knick in March 2019 as Sales Director Switzerland for the Process Analytics product area. When Knick Schweiz AG was founded, he was appointed as its Managing Director. “We are very fortunate to have gained in Mr. Häberli a sales and marketing expert who understands both Switzerland and our industries extremely well,” said Ralf Beckmann, Vice President Marketing Sales at the parent company.
