P16000 임펄스 주파수 변환기 | 회전 속도/속도 센서 신호의 SIL 3 무반응성 분리
P16000은 속도 센서의 신호를 감지하고 이 신호를 전기적으로 절연된 아날로그 표준 신호로 전송 및 변환합니다
- 전기적 절연과 표준 신호로의 변환을 통한 기차의 속도와 정차 상태를 속도 센서 / 회전 센서 등의 임펄스 주파수 측정
- 측정 범위 0 ... 500 Hz에서 0 ... 20 kHz까지.
- 임펄스 주파수를 표준 신호로 변환하여 제어 시 임펄스 카운트를 입력하는 수고가 필요하지 않습니다.
- 이미 존재하는 측정용 회로의 안전 관련 신호는 무반응성으로 2배화하고 다른 하위 시스템에 전달할 수 있습니다.
- 무반응성은 기능적으로 안전하게 설계되었으며 SIL 3을 충족합니다.
- 5년 보증
입력은 원래의 신호에 간섭하지 않고 기존 측정용 회로의 신호를 "모니터링"할 수 있도록 설계되었습니다. 이러한 무반응성은 EN 61508에 따른 무결성 기준 SIL 3을 충족합니다.
이를 통해 안전을 중심으로 하는 경우에도 센서의 신호를 2배화하고 신호에 영향을 미치지 않고 두 번째 제어 장치에 전달할 수 있습니다.
동시에 이 제품은 철도용 차량의 혹독한 환경 조건에 대한 내성이 뛰어납니다. 전자기 적합성 영향, 극단적인 주변 온도와 진동 및 충격 부하가 장치의 기능에 영향을 미치지 않습니다. 또한 철도용 차량 현재 방화 규정을 준수합니다.
