범용 트랜스미터 P32000은 모든 일반 열전대, 저항 온도계, 변형계, 풀 브릿지, 저항 및 전위차계/저항 트랜스미터를 제공합니다. DIP 및 로터리 스위치와 IrDA 인터페이스를 통해 사용자는 이 트랜스미터를 각 측정 과제에 맞게 유연하게 조정할 수 있습니다.
최대 300 V AC/DC까지 EN 61140에 따라 안전하게 분리되는 3-포트 분리는 사람과 시스템을 보호하고 측정 신호가 왜곡 없이 전송되도록 보장합니다. 따라서 P32000은 가장 작은 공간에서 최고 수준의 성능을 제공합니다. 저항 온도계는 2-선식, 3-선식 또는 4-선식 회로 중 선택한 회로에서 작동할 수 있습니다. 이때 연결 구성은 자동으로 인식되며 설정이 불필요합니다. 시장에서 판매되는 모든 일반 열전대는 내부 또는 외부 기준점 보상과 함께 측정할 수 있습니다. 힘 및 변형과 같은 기계적 수치를 측정하기 위해 DMS를 풀 브릿지 회로에 연결할 수 있습니다.
가변 저항 및 전위차계를 연결할 수 있으므로 경로 결정 및 위치 결정과 같은 여러 추가 사용 영역에서 사용할 수 있습니다. 입력부의 최대 +/–1000 mV의 전압 신호가 0/4 … 20 mA / 0 … 10 V의 표준 신호로 변환됩니다. 이를 통해 예를 들어 분로 저항기를 이용한 전류 측정을 비용 효율적으로 실현할 수 있습니다.
크닉(Knick)은 높은 기능안전 요건을 충족하는 SIL 승인을 받은 트랜스미터 P32000을 제공합니다. EN 61508 규정은 특별히 설계된 하드웨어와 소프트웨어를 통해 구현되었습니다. 적용된 페일 세이프 콘셉트는 장치 레벨(시스템 구성 부품의 중복) 및 목표 오류 감지를 위한 진단 절차의 구조적 조치를 사용합니다. 이 제품은 공인 기관(TÜV Rheinland)을 통해 SIL 2 인증을 받았습니다(EN 61508). 중복 사용의 경우 SIL 3 인증을 받았습니다.
