Ceramat Retractable Fittings
Ceramat is an automatic retractable fitting featuring a unique ceramic seal to the process. It is particularly suitable for extreme applications with corrosive, hot, toxic, and pressurized process media.
Two exceptionally flat, polished ceramic disks separate the calibration chamber from the process by means of a rotational movement. The ceramic seal is harder than steel and extremely resistant to chemical, thermal, and mechanical effects. It is possible to adjust, clean, and replace a sensor without pausing it, ensuring the highest level of availability and process reliability.
Over and over again, Ceramat retractable fittings have already proven themselves in the harshest processes where conventional O-ring seals fail.
