Knick 为接口技术产品提供 5 年保修（BL5* 产品为 3 年，附件为 1 年）。

高压隔离放大器和变送器的平均无故障时间 MTBF 超长，超过 2,000 年，Knick 树立了独一无二的标准。Knick 拥有自己的 EMC 检测实验室，确保所有产品都能达到这种质量标准。
