测量风电机组

在风能发电行业,机组规模越来越大,达到数兆瓦级,且地形复杂(例如近海),因此投资成本越来越高,对生产率的要求也在不断提高。

为监测风电机组的效率,使用了各种测量传感器,必须对其单极和双极信号进行汇总和转换,以便进一步处理。所收集的数据可用于分析风况、发电量、噪声生成或阴影。

必须在尽可能无干扰的情况下将电流和电压信号远距离传输到采集系统。采集系统和传感器经常暴露在极端的环境条件下。

测量风电机组

必须持续监测可能对风力机组效益产生负面影响的因素。为确保最佳输出,现代风电机组中布置了各种传感器,必须采集、转换、查询其测量信号,有时要跨越很远的距离。

P27000 通用隔离放大器能够防止过压和电位差对测量信号的失真影响,其优点在于可通过 DIP 开关校准切换多达 480 个输入和输出范围。这种切换采用数字控制方式,不需进行繁琐的再调整。

P27000 的增益误差低于测量值的 0.08%,温度系数低于终值的 0.005%/K,具有始终如一的高传输质量,超出了工业测量技术的所有要求。由于采用了智能电路设计,设备的损耗功率很低,减少了发热量,使开关柜处于低温状态,从而延长了电子设备的使用寿命。

这些设备设计紧凑,在输入、输出和电源之间采用 3 端口隔离,轨装式外壳宽度仅为 12.5 mm,可在一米长的安装导轨上安装多达 80 个隔离器,无需通风间隙。
