用途
在众多不同的工业应用中,应变计用于连续测量力学量,如压力/重力或挠度/扭力。许多情况下,其被作为监视系统、安全停机系统或类似关键应用的参考输入。一般说来,其对功能、精度、灵活性和电气安全都有较高的要求。

应变计是一种高灵敏电阻,其对机械应力的作用反应到阻值的轻微变化上。这些变化可以通过桥式电路检测到。最常见的电路设计是全桥电路。在压力变送器和重量传感器中,应变计已将机械变化反馈回桥式电路中。传感器提供的原始信号,经过准备和标准化,用于应变计变送器的进一步处理。

问题
常规的应变计传感器各有其特点,这要求各自的应变计变送器使用电位器对其进行繁琐而费时的调整。
此外,应变计变送器目前为止外壳体积非常巨大,因此占用了大量空间。世界范围内的应用中,几种不同电源电压等级会经常被用到。

方案
通用型 DMS A20220应变计变送器为所有标准应变计压力传感器和应变计重力传感器提供了所有全桥式电路的连接配置可能。其可通过DIP和旋转拨码开关,或通过“教学功能”灵活地调整到所需的测量任务配置。

参照EN 61140,隔离器3端口间保护隔离达300 V AC/DC,确保对人员和设备的最佳保护,以及测量信号的精准传输。A20220在最小的空间内提供了最高性能。使用“教学功能”——只需按下设备前端的一个按钮,就可以非常方便地调整零点和单个应变计传感器的灵敏度。已知特性的传感器可以容易地通过使用四个旋转拨码开关和八个DIP开关进行调整。
特定的测量任务,Knick公司根据其规格要求进行配置,通过 设备实现。固定范围设备无需拨码调节,如此,误操作或混淆的情况就被排除了。
