P16000 脉冲频率变送器 | SIL 3 无反作用耦合输出转速/速度传感器信号

P16000 检测、传输转速传感器的信号,并将其转换成电位隔离的模拟标准信号

  • 测量脉冲频率,例如转速传感器/旋转编码器的脉冲频率,以电气隔离方式安全检测列车速度或停止状态,并转换成标准信号
  • 测量范围 0 ...500 Hz 至 0 ...20 kHz。
  • 由于将脉冲频率转换成标准信号,因此控制器不需要脉冲计数输入。
  • 可以将来自现有测量电路的安全相关信号倍增且无反作用,并可将其传输到另一个子系统。
  • 无反作用设计确保功能安全,并且达到 SIL 3。
  • 5 年质保

输入端经过适当设计,从而可以“监听”现有测量电路的信号,而不会干扰原始信号。这种无反作用满足 EN 61508 规定的完整性等级 SIL 3。

因此即使传感器的信号与安全相关,也可以将其倍增,并可以不受影响传输给第二个控制器。

该产品同时还能耐受铁路车辆上恶劣的环境条件。EMC 影响、极端环境温度以及振动和冲击载荷都不会干扰设备功能。同时能遵守现行的铁路车辆防火规定。
