P32300 以小巧体型为用户提供卓越性能。可以通过红外接口,例如使用 PDA,特别轻松地调整起始值和终止值,以适应各个位置传感器。对于用户已知其特征值的传感器,可以通过 4 个旋转编码开关和 8 个 DIP 开关轻松校准。

可以使用 Knick 根据个性化要求设置参数的设备解决特殊测量任务。例如,如需防止篡改和混淆,可以使用不带开关、采用固定设置的设备。

为了满足用户在功能安全方面的高要求,Knick 推出了获得 SIL 认证的 P32300 测量变送器。EN 61508 标准规定的相关要求,通过专门设计的硬件和软件予以实现。所实施的故障安全方案利用设备层的结构性措施(系统组件冗余)和针对性识别故障的诊断方法。产品已获得授权机构 (TÜV Rheinland) 颁发的 SIL 2 证书 (EN 61508)。在冗余使用情况下为 SIL 3。
