对于在高电压电位环境中使用 Pt100
电阻温度计测温的任务,常规温度测
量变送器通常会由于绝缘强度不足而
无法胜任。
虽然电阻温度计可以采取绝缘措施,
具备高压耐受能力,但这通常需要在
安装空间方面做出让步;这样一来,几
乎无法实现符合标准的绝缘。此外,热
老化和机械老化也会削弱绝缘能力。
在电力电子组件上测量温度,尤其是
测量和/或控制电机、发电机或变压器
的绕组温度时,与 Pt100 电阻温度计
之间耐受高压的电气隔离装置可以确
保超高安全性。
