Should a Knick product no longer work as expected, our highly qualified technicians are standing by to assist you. Whether a signal conditioner, transducer, or signal multiplier, regardless of whether a small fault or complex damage, our experts use their proven expertise to analyze the problem as quickly as possible and find the right solution.

Some of our products are encapsulated to achieve excellent insulation and reliability. They cannot be repaired. Knick offers a 5-year guarantee on interface technology products (3 years for BL5* products, 1 year for accessories).

How it works (only valid within Germany!)*:

Please use our service hotline (+49 30 80191-241) and request an RMA number (return material authorization) to process repair requests or complaints. You are also welcome to use our contact form.
Our repair team will provide you with the RMA number.
Please indicate the RMA number on your delivery note, make sure that the product has been cleaned and securely packed for transport, and include a completed Declaration of Decontamination.
